Education and Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience managing large-scale digital transformation, automation, or IT projects.
Experience working in international organizations, or complex stakeholder environments is preferred.
Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform), process automation, and citizen development models.
Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance standards.
Experience with solution lifecycle management, benefits realization, and change management principles.
Soft Skills

💼How can you contribute to the team?
Project Planning & Execution
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for all Empower (Process, Technology and People deliverables/pillars).
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver structured learning programs, establish the Digital Champion network, and launch the Citizen Dev Hub.
Oversee the migration of legacy systems, deployment of process mining tools, and development of citizen-led apps and bots.
Work with Automation Team Technical leads on overall directions of the program Governance & Compliance
Help implement and monitor governance frameworks, playbooks, and lifecycle management processes to ensure compliance with security, data protection, and organizational standards.
Ensure all solutions adhere to IT security guardrails and risk management requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring alignment with business units, ITD, and leadership.
Lead regular project meetings, workshops, and status updates for stakeholders.
Manage change management activities in partnership with ACM resources, including awareness campaigns, training, and adoption and monitoring.
Risk & Issue Management
Maintain and update the project RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including staff engagement, legacy migration delays, and governance compliance.
Reporting & Benefits Realization
Track and report on project KPIs, deliverables, and benefits realization (e.g., number of staff trained, apps developed, legacy systems migrated).
Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and final project closure documentation.
Change Management Responsibilities
Coordinate with Adoption and Change Management team and align Empower change management activities with broader organizational transformation efforts.
Ensure timeline and deliverables for ACM activities are within the project scope.
Certification
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent – required.
Agile/Scrum certification – preferred.
Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) or similar – an advantage.
Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are an advantage.
