Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with an Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or Interior Design background to support the delivery of exciting international projects.

What You'll Do

Coordinate project schedules and deadlines
Support Project Managers with daily operations
Review drawings and project documents
Manage document control, RFIs, and revisions
Coordinate with architects, engineers, BIM teams, and clients
Prepare project reports and maintain project records

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or Project Coordination
Degree/Diploma in a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent English
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred

AutoCAD or Revit
Procore, Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp
Bluebeam
Experience with international or remote teams
