Job Description

The position is primarily responsible for ensuring the relevance of the Customer Value Proposition of the Credit Card Rewards program area. The person ensures the program area’s growth performance. This includes the proposal, development and delivery of key projects which will drive innovation and support the business’ overall strategy and objectives. This position shall manage the complete lifecycle (product conceptualization, development, launch, awareness and trial) of such by working closely with technology services, sales, marketing services and business and customer analytics.

PROGRAM CUSTODIANSHIP

  • E nsure delivery of the customer value proposition of the assigned program.
  • Demonstrates deep understanding of the needs and wants of the customers of the assigned program, monitors competitive activity, identifies new trends and opportunities to be able to develop new features, process or enhance existing program area.
  • Grow and nurtures the rewards program to improve the Net Promoter Score for rewards episode.
  • Conceptualizes and implements internal/external communication materials such as fact sheets, handling guidelines, channel cascades and other materials needed to manage the assigned program.

PROGRAM AREA INNOVATION ROADMAP AND DEVELOPMENT

  • Proactively identifies opportunities for program area improvements and participates in the development of new features from concept until successful launch.
  • Obtains approval for annual plans, targets and new product programs from upper management, the Product Review Committee or Product Approval Committee, ORM, etc.
  • Manages the project timelines and progress of various projects / processes within the program area scope, within the desired deadlines.
  • Identifies business requirements through development of customer journeys grounded in customer needs and problem analysis.
  • Conceptualizes and designs processes based on user requirements, conducts UAT, monitor project budget, ensuring compliance to bank policies, procedures and work instructions of BPI
  • Prepares project timetable, pre and post documentation, and necessary approvals.
  • Executes and oversees post-implementation activities.

PRODUCT P&L

  • Responsible for delivering the profitability and cost-efficiency of the assigned program area.
  • Presents and obtains approval for annual plans, targets and new programs with section, department, division and senior management approvals, as required and applicable
  • Utilizes Business Analytics and Business Intelligence to develop deeper understanding of the business levers.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Collaborates closely with other departments/units within the Unsecured Leading and Cards Group to drive business volumes and receivables.
  • Collaborates closely with CRM and the other Business Unit in BPI’s Rewards Ecosystem
