Your Role

As a Program Assurance Officer, you will:

• Monitor and control site programs across repairs, maintenance, merchandising, and POS to ensure alignment with planned cycles.
• Facilitate and schedule audits while maintaining rigorous documentation and data integrity within document control systems.
• Coordinate between internal departments and vendors to track priority actions and ensure consistent quality standards are met.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring failures to identify long-term fixes and maintain a knowledge management repository of best practices.
• Review and report on schedule, cost, scope, and quality metrics to ensure all programs are closed out on time.
• Actively escalate delays or issues to relevant stakeholders to ensure mitigation plans and owners are identified immediately.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the industry, with at least 2 years specifically in quality assurance or compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities to develop reports from complex audit data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for confident stakeholder engagement across Australian and Philippine teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority work streams in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience working within an integrated offshore-onshore business model, specifically supporting Australian operations.
• Combined background in both operational execution and administrative document control.
• Proven ability to perform detailed root-cause analysis and trend identification.
• High level of responsiveness and adaptability to changing schedules within the retail or fuel sector.
• Familiarity with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental) compliance frameworks.
