👋What are our wishes?

We are looking for an RPA Developer to design, build, test, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. This role focuses on developing software robots that streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual work. The ideal candidate has hands-on RPA experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in an agile development environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in RPA development
• Experience delivering automation for complex business processes
  
  

Technical Skills (Required)

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate
• Experience with AI Builder and Power Platform integrations
• Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, Azure services, Dataverse, SharePoint, OneDrive, and APIs
• Knowledge of Python, JSON, and XML
• Experience with databases (RDBMS or open-source databases)
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, Azure DevOps, and Git
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Automation Anywhere A360
• Knowledge of VB Macros
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into automation solutions
  
  

Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft PL-500 or PL-900
• Automation Anywhere Advanced or Master RPA Certification

💼How can you contribute to the team?

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions and automation workflows
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical automation designs
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and fix issues in deployed robots
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization of automation processes
• Support environment setup, deployment, and CI/CD activities
• Collaborate with business users, RPA admins, and technical teams
• Document solutions, user guides, and technical processes
• Guide junior developers when needed
• Research new RPA features and recommend improvements or enhancements

Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite 3x per week, subject to project and business needs)

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time
