👋What are our wishes?
- Degree in Computer Science or any related course
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a software development, digital product, or technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, process documentation, and stakeholder management within Agile teams.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Strong background in analyzing business processes, performing gap analysis, and supporting UAT activities.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other requirement and backlog management platforms is a must.
- Insurance domain experience is considered a strong advantage, particularly in customer platforms, claims processing, policy management, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in writing and creating business requirement documentation.
💼How can you contribute to the team?
The Business Analyst serves as a strategic partner to both business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that business needs are accurately understood, translated, and delivered into effective technical solutions. The BA is responsible for defining requirements, driving clarity across teams, and enabling the successful design, development, and enhancement of the customer platform. By combining analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of business processes, the BA ensures that every product iteration aligns with organizational goals and delivers measurable value to users.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with the PO to elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state of the customer platform.
Documentation & User Stories
Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows in alignment with Agile methodology.
Maintain and update the product backlog in coordination with the PO.
Create supporting artifacts such as business requirement documents (BRD), use cases, and wireframes.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as a liaison between business units, development teams, and the PO.
Facilitate workshops, requirement review sessions, and sprint planning meetings.
Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and aligned with product goals.
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze customer data and platform usage to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Support PO in defining KPIs and success metrics for platform enhancements.
Testing & Validation
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios and validating deliverables against requirements.
Document defects and coordinate resolution with development teams.
Continuous Improvement
Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities for the customer platform.
Monitor post-release performance and gather feedback for future iterations.
