INA Prime Solutions is our BPO line of business in Manila, PH at Goway Travel Ltd. Our mission is to empower businesses through seamless outsourcing solutions, leveraging skilled workforce to drive operational excellence and client success.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Loading Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Product Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accuracy, quality and efficiency in product loading-related processes. This role supports the Products Team by managing product loading, updating supplier information, troubleshooting database issues, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The coordinator acts as a key point of contact for product-related inquiries, ensuring timely responses, clear communication, and adherence to operational standards.


What will be your key responsibilities?

  1. Product Loading
  • Work various emails as assigned.
  • Work on various supplier contracts and allocations into the database as assigned.
  • Review terms and conditions of contracts, pinpoint any potential problem areas and handle them in a proactive manner.
  • Liaise with Product Managers where necessary.
  • Perform Quality Control on contracts to assure that all products are loaded in the database correctly.
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations in Product Loading
  • If lean, assist in other operational tasks


What are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors or a College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel
  • Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the travel industry, preferably in contract loading.
  • Must have at least 3 years hands-on experience in Tourplan.
  • Must work well independently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong prioritization skills in order to meet established deadlines
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in efficient time management and adept task prioritization
  • Ability to conduct internet research with demonstrated computer skills
  • Highly detail oriented with an ability to concentrate for an extended period of time.
