Your Role
As a Product Manager, your core responsibilities include:
Vendor & SLA Management: Act as the primary owner for third-party platform vendors, ensuring continuous performance optimization and adherence to strict contract thresholds.
Product Enhancements: Oversee the product lifecycle for integrated tools under Project MicroSphere, managing feature upgrades, rollouts, and system optimizations.
SOW & MSA Compliance: Regularly cross-reference and govern external vendor data streams and platform deliverables against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Master Services Agreements (MSAs).
Performance Metrics Tracking: Collect, monitor, and report on operational logs, system uptimes, and third-party spreadsheet performance metrics.
Escalation Governance: Log, document, and escalate any metric deficits or contract threshold breaches directly to the Project Manager and TA Leadership teams. Ensure resolutions, governance, and tracking of all issues related to vendors.
Product Trainings: Conduct trainings across relevant stakeholders, and maintaining updated knowledge libraries, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Manuals up to date.
Familiarity with tracking operational software pipelines within modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or enterprise product ecosystems.
Exposure to corporate shared services or complex IT-BPM project coordination environments.
Non-negotiables
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, Vendor Management, SLA coordination, or specialized technical project coordination.
Demonstrated literacy in commercial contract documentation, specifically an ability to interpret and apply SLAs, SOW clauses, and MSA parameters.
High proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel or enterprise data tools to analyze vendor performance logs and metrics parameters.
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related operational discipline.
