As Product Manager, you will be the core strategist and executor for your products performance.
Strategic Leadership & Finance
Develop Vision: Formulate robust short-term and long-term goals, strategies, and tactical business plans based on comprehensive product profiles and market opportunities.
Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, carefully allocate expenses, and proactively recommend powerful strategies to accelerate sales and overall profitability.
Operational Drive: Lead critical support functions like demand forecasting, coordinating supply chain needs, price setting, margin analysis, and detailed A&P (Advertising & Promotions) planning.
Competitive Edge: Continuously assess market position and potential. Gather crucial competitive information to develop timely and effective action plans.
Market Execution & Communication
Launch Mastery: Oversee end-to-end market launch programs for product enhancements as well as entirely new variants.
Tool Creation: Conceptualize and develop compelling marketing tools, including detailed brochures, promotional posters, and detailing kits.
Aligning Stakeholders: Clearly articulate and communicate the product strategy to the field sales team, marketing personnel, and key departments across the local and international organization.
Empowerment: Equip the sales force with insightful comparative product analysis, winning strategies, and clear feature/benefit summaries.
Stakeholder Engagement
Building Networks: Liaise with and actively foster strong, long-term relationships with key industry associations and influential opinion leaders (KOLs).
Partnership Growth: Collaborate with strategic external partners to maximize the effectiveness of the A&P budget and expand the products market reach.
Customer Pulse: Maintain regular contact with distributors and important customers to track promotion effectiveness and remain current on evolving customer needs.
What our client is looking for
Professional Qualifications
Education: A university degree in a relevant discipline, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related science field.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a sales role followed by at least 3 years in a marketing role. Prior experience within Consumer Goods, Consumer Health, or the Pharmaceutical segment is strongly preferred.
