About The Product Manager Role...
Little Hotelier is SiteMinder’s all‑in‑one hotel management platform designed specifically for small independent accommodation providers (typically 1–30 rooms). It brings together PMS/front desk, distribution, direct bookings, payments and revenue tools in a simple, self‑service experience that helps owner‑operators run and grow their business with confidence.
The Product Manager – Little Hotelier is responsible for end‑to‑end management of the product lifecycle for key areas of the Little Hotelier platform. This means identifying customer needs and business objectives, defining what success looks like, and rallying a cross‑functional team to turn that vision into reality.
This role has the standard SiteMinder Product Manager remit, with additional focus on:
Small independent segment: Owner‑operators and small teams (1–30 rooms, especially 10–20 rooms) who need powerful but simple tools, not enterprise complexity.
PMS & front‑desk experience: Stabilising and enhancing calendar, reservations, invoicing, reporting, tax and housekeeping so LH becomes the PMS customers don’t want to leave.
Compliance & migration as enablers: Delivering compliance (e‑invoicing, guest reporting, tax rules) and platform migration as foundations in line with company goals and objectives
This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract
What Youll Do...
Product Management & Strategy
End‑to‑end management of the product lifecycle from concept to evaluation for your Little Hotelier domain.
Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities, segment focus and LH product strategy.
Define success metrics (e.g. churn, usage, attach, NPS/CSAT) and track performance against them.
Be an advocate for small hoteliers, deeply understanding their workflows, constraints and goals.
Translate problems and opportunities into clear problem statements, hypotheses and product outcomes.
Produce concise documentation (briefs, PRDs, flows) to support design, engineering and go‑to‑market.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Manage and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Customer, Product Marketing).
Identify and manage dependencies across product and platform teams (e.g. Payments, Distribution, Compliance, Platform Experience).
Go‑to‑Market & Commercial Outcomes
Partner with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer teams to define positioning, messaging and launch plans for new capabilities.
Support go‑to‑market readiness with clear value narratives, enablement, and feedback loops into the product roadmap.
Own or contribute to commercial outcomes for your area (e.g. retention improvements, attach and activation of transaction products, ARPU/LTV uplift).
Core Capabilities
Strategic thinking: Can connect segment and company strategy to clear product bets, trade‑offs and priorities.
Execution: Proven ability to ship and iterate in an agile environment, managing ambiguity and dependencies.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication to multiple audiences, from engineers to executives and customers.
Data‑driven: Uses data and experimentation to prioritise, validate and measure impact, while balancing with qualitative insight.
Collaboration & influence: Strong cross‑functional collaborator with the ability to influence without authority across Product, Engineering, GTM and Customer teams.
What You Have...
3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with SMB customers.
Proven track record of delivering products or features that drove measurable improvements in retention, adoption or revenue.
Experience working end‑to‑end across the product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and optimisation.
Strong analytical skills and experience using product analytics and experimentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to cross‑functional and senior stakeholders.
