PRODUCT INTEGRATION OFFICER

The Product Integration Officer manage requirements (i.e. wireframes, flow) for upcoming features specified in the roadmap for BPI Online (NG). The role is primarily responsible for designing and creating initial business requirements of platform-specific features that were prioritized by the platform business.

Responsibilities

• Ideate product (feature) plans, together with identified stakeholders, that will fill product / functionality gaps in the platform in order to grow market share and improve customer experience. These must leverage opportunities based on the competitive landscape, customer feedback and other market research insights
• Manage product plans (requirements) that is either platform-specific or owned by other business units
• For platform-specific products, design and create the initial requirements which include the product vision, customer journey prototypes and initial development / execution process
• For products owned by other business units, drive commitment to product plans and build the strategies around it by recognizing time-to-market and status of overall platform library of products / feature
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree graduate in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields
• Proven experience in product management and/or platform management within fintech environments
• 2 years exposure to Product Management or adjacent field, with track record of success in finance, consumer mobile apps or related industries
• Experience in working with consumer digital platforms / product development (web/mobile based)
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies; able to lead and collaborate effectively in agile teams
• Track record of participating in (or organizing) hackathons or innovation-driven events
• Ability to design and create product (feature) requirements
• Working knowledge of banking processes and systems a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly across technical and business functions
