Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: Primarily responsible for routing transactional requests of Institutional Business, Personal Wealth, and Multi Family Office, Private Wealth clients as well as processing benefit payment computation requests for retirement accounts under management.

Responsibilities

  • Processing of Client’s Transactions – Receives clients’ instructions and then prepares necessary receipt or disbursement instruction to process client’s withdrawal, contribution, and investment instructions. Ensures correct details are inputted in the receipt, disbursement, and investment instructions that will be forwarded to the respective implementers and processors.
  • Computation of Benefit Payment Requests – Receives and computes clients’ benefit computation requests based on respective clients’ plan rules.

3 End of day Balancing and Transaction Reporting – Conducts daily end of day balancing to ensure all instructions received were duly and correctly processed. Submits reports related to transactions processing and benefit computation functions. Tracks transaction count and number of errors per process.

  • Process Improvements – Proposes and implements needed process improvements and updates to ensure clients’ needs and transactions are implemented efficiently, accurately and effectively.
  • Administrative duties and overall responsibilities – Ensures proper upkeep of working area and performs other duties that will be deemed necessary. Ensures compliance with bank policies regarding employee conduct.

  • Analytic skills
  • Skills in MS Office applications
  • Must be detail-oriented, efficient and possess a high level of integrity. Has the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Keen on details, effective communication skills, proficient in both oral and written communication, computer literate, team-based and result-based orientation, people management, organizational, and analytical process-based skills
  • Adept in the needed MS Office systems, good interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication skills, service oriented
  • Graduate of a 4 year Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably related to Economics, Finance, Business, or Math
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati
