About The Team

The Process Excellence Manager will constantly review E2E processes & operations, plan and automate workflows, and generate insightful reports. This role focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our Inventory Operations, including warehouse/logistics transfers, demand forecasts, growth in particular buyer regions, inventory health, and any other functionalities which are facing either internal Scomm (FOps, BUs, FP&A etc) or external to SCommerce (Sellers, SPX, Shopee Logistics, Shopee BD, etc). Your work will be essential in driving cost-effective solutions while supporting our BUs and effectively, our sellers, in maximizing their success on our platform.

Job Description

• Conceptualize, design and lead E2E projects to improve and automate Supply Chain Operations, focusing on maintaining accurate DOCs across warehouses, inter & intra warehouse logistics operations, billing, and dispute resolution with external stakeholders
• Develop and manage reporting systems to monitor operational performance and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with the Product, Commercial and WH Ops teams to enhance features that support inventory performance and efficiency.
• Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to help Commercial team to improve their overall performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of operational improvements, balancing operational efficiency with Commercial needs.
  
  

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
• At least 3-4 years in Strategy and Operations roles with hands-on implementation experience in Operations, process improvement, or e-commerce project management.
• Extremely robust analytical and problem-solving skills along with an eye for fine detail
• Familiarity with all Supply Chain planning principles, such as demand forecasting, inventory and replenishment fundamentals (statistics) and tools such as RStudio, Python, etc; Solid fundamentals of Machine Learning models will be a plus
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Be a systems thinker, with ability to design and implement automation solutions in their day to day tasks
