What You’ll Do

  • Develop, implement and drive the strategic direction, performance and sustainability of the MS365 application portfolio, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM & Atlassian products. Oversee and deliver a scalable, efficient, collaborative and effective customer-centric operating model.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes
  • Implement application changes in a safe and controlled manner following the change procedure.
  • Develop,implement,forecast and drive the strategic direction, performance and sustainability of the Power Platform and Applications Support function.Oversee and deliver a scalable,efficient,collaborative and effective customer-centric operating model.
  • Effective incident and problem management skills aligned to ITIL best practices


Key Criteria

  • More than 5+years demonstrated experience in a similar technology role
  • Qualification aligned to M365 and ITIL Service Management
  • Experience supporting M365 suite (in particular SharePoint & MS Teams)
  • Experience supporting and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM platform
  • Experience supporting and deploying flows and apps with Microsoft Power Platforms (PowerApps, Power Automate)
  • Knowledge of following preferred: Atlassian Jira / Confluence, Microsoft Power Platform CoE


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
  • Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am – 5 pm) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
  • Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
