👋What are our wishes?

• Must have 5-7+ years of relevant experience in Power BI, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.
• Strong domain expertise in Supply Chain (end-to-end: demand, procurement, inventory,
  
  

manufacturing, logistics).

• Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification is mandatory.
• Strong experience with latest Power BI features (e.g. Fabric, composite models, incremental refresh,
  
  

deployment pipelines).

• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling (star/snowflake schemas).
• Must have experience working in enterprise-scale BI environments with Data Warehouse / Data Lake /
  
  

Lakehouse architectures.

• Strong requirements elicitation and business analysis skills.
• Experience defining Power BI governance, standards, and best practices.
• Experience leading and mentoring junior Power BI and report developers.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and analytical data sources.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of BI deliverables.
  
  

💼How can you contribute to the team?

• Design, develop, and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards for supply chain analytics.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops with business and supply chain stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical Power BI specifications.
• Build and optimize enterprise-grade semantic models and reusable datasets.
• Develop advanced DAX measures and KPIs aligned with supply chain performance metrics.
• Define and implement Power BI development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior Power BI developers, including reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Implement security (RLS), performance tuning, and deployment strategies.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests from business users.
• Maintain and enhance existing reports, datasets, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation such as:
• Data models & ERDs
• Technical & Business Requirements Documentation
• KPI definitions & mapping documents
• Power BI standards and best-practice guidelines
