PORTFOLIO RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

The Portfolio Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for marketing the various investment products of BPI Wealth through third party channels as well as servicing and managing the accounts of aforesaid channels/partners.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Institutional Agency business of BPI Wealth by strengthening third-party distribution relationships, expanding product usage, and accrediting new distributors
• Ensures timely and accurate response to third-party partners / channels requests and other account-related services
• Facilitates the opening & renewal of new / existing third-party partners / channels in-line with regulation & internal policies
• Provide training & marketing support to third-party partners / channels and/or their respective frontliners
• Drafts/updates operational procedures for third-party partners / channels and coordinates the same with relevant stakeholders
• Ensures the timely and accurate dissemination of relevant investment fund information to third-party partners/channels
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing Trust products and services
• Knowledge of portfolio management and investments
• High logic and problem-solving skills
• Well-versed in Power Point, Word, Excel and other job-related software
• Very good written communication and presentation skills
• Results-oriented
