Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for assisting the team in providing support to Portfolio Relationship Manager/s (PRM) by handling accounts’ day-to-day administrative requirements for a more efficient and timely delivery of service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and Monitoring
  • Assist PRMs in handling daily administration of various transactions of institutional accounts.
  • Receiving check contributions from clients and submitting the same for processing.
  • Monitors and follows up with both BS&O and Investment Support Unit on current/pending transactions or instructions.
  • Ensures that PRMs’ instructions or client transactions are routed to all concerned units for proper execution/ implementation.
  • Ensures proper delivery and pick-up of clients’ documents.
  • Monitors the timely portfolio reporting to clients.
  • Coordinates with other units/staff on various administrative, clerical and referral matters.
  • Coordinates with other departments/units to address clients’ complaints and queries.
  • Fulfills and ensures timely and proper response to clients’ requests for information and other account-related services.
  • Support
  • Prepares transmittals/cover letters to clients.
  • Assists in maintaining and updating client database.
  • Prepares presentation materials for client calls and briefings
  • Assists PRMs in handling transactions that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Documentation
  • Compiles and ensures completeness of new clients’ account opening documents prior to forwarding to internal teams
  • Maintains Individual Correspondence files for all accounts
  • Ensures proper filing of clients’ documents and correspondences.

Qualifications

  • Analytic skills
  • Skills in MS Office applications
  • Must be detail-oriented, efficient and possess a high level of integrity. Has the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Keen on details, effective communication skills, proficient in both oral and written communication, computer literate, team-based and result-based orientation, people management, organizational, and analytical process-based skills
  • Adept in the needed MS Office systems, good interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication skills, service oriented
  • Graduate of a 4 year Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably related to Economics, Finance, or Business.
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati
