Parameta Solutions, the data and analytics division of inter-broker dealer TP ICAP, is a leading global provider of OTC Market Data. From pre to post trade, their solutions help clients manage complex markets more effectively.

In May 2022, the firm became an FCA authorized benchmark administrator. This license has allowed the company to take on administration of the nine TP ICAP interest rate swaps benchmarks that were previously administered by Moorgate Benchmarks. In April 2023, the firm was also approved as an ESMA authorised benchmark administrator, making it the first IDB to administer OTC benchmarks and indices across Europe AND the UK.

Role Overview

Support programme and project managers in the delivery of strategic initiatives across commercial, technical, and regulatory domains.

This role is embedded within a fast-paced financial services environment and plays a key part in ensuring governance, coordination, and delivery discipline across the project portfolio.

As well as the experience and competencies outlined below, we believe this position is best suited to an individual who demonstrates a resourceful attitude and proactive approach to managing projects. A team player is required, somebody who builds strong working relationships within the PMO team and across departments.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio-level support to the Head of Programme Management.
• Collate and maintain programme tracking materials from project leads.
• Support delivery in line with TP ICAP’s project methodology and governance standards.
• Assist project managers with documentation, milestone tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and audit requirements.
• Coordinate across multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across business and technology teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and templates.
• Support data-driven decision-making through metrics and reporting dashboards.
• Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive reporting and governance forums.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Proactive, delivery-focused, and comfortable in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
• Strong PowerPoint skills, including: Executive-level presentation design / Visual storytelling and data visualization / Use of templates, SmartArt, and embedded charts

• Experience in a PMO or project support role within financial services.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
• Exposure to regulatory or commercial change programmes.
• Understanding of portfolio management and reporting.
