PLATFORM BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

The Platform Business Development Manager drives the platform’s growth by increasing user enrollment and engagement, developing innovative financial and non-financial products, and managing vendor partnerships. The role collaborates across internal teams to ensure the platform is user-centric, competitive, and aligned with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Boosts user acquisition and usage through strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns.
• Leads creation of banking and beyond-banking services based on customer needs.
• Monitors market trends and competitors to guide platform enhancements.
• Oversees third-party vendors and cultivate strategic partnerships.
• Improves user experience through design collaboration and feedback integration.
• Supports long-term planning and ensure timely rollout of features.
• Aligns with internal teams to meet compliance, operational, and regulatory standards.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or Economics
• At least 2 years in the Financial Services industry
• At least 3 years in Product Development
• At least 3 years in Platform Development
• Has strong background in Program/Project Management
• With knowledge in Product Lifecycle & Development Frameworks
• Has experience in Vendor and Partnership Management
