Join our People & Culture (P&C) team as an Analyst and play an important role in keeping our eComms surveillance program running smoothly while helping manage P&C‑related risks across our businesses.
At Macquarie, our advantage is bringing together diverse people and empowering them to shape all kinds of possibilities. We are a global financial services group operating in 31 markets and with 56 years of unbroken profitability. You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.
What role will you play?
You’ll be responsible for conducting daily reviews of eComms to ensure they align with Macquarie’s workplace standards, as well as manage and analyse eComms alerts, keeping an eye on daily and weekly volumes while identifying behavioural patterns, tone, sentiment, and any potential risks within staff communications. You’ll escalate relevant matters to the EEO Office through the eComms Manager and support the team by documenting, tracking, and maintaining records of ongoing cases and reports.
In addition, you’ll assist the EEO Manager and eComms Manager with ad‑hoc investigations and tasks as they arise. Building strong working relationships across P&C, Compliance, Technology, and various business partners will be an important part of your day-to-day work.
