Core Responsibilities

  • Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding across multiple countries.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR (incl org chart), ensuring data integrity and compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics, including documentation, equipment coordination with IT, and first-day experience.
  • Process employment contracts, offer letters, and employment verification requests.
  • Coordinate background check processes with external vendors and track completion status.
  • Administer benefits enrolment (working with US PEO as required for US staff), leave management, and time-off tracking in BambooHR
  • Maintain HR documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures. Assist with HR compliance activities, including document retention, policy acknowledgments, and audit preparation.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards on headcount, turnover, time-off balances, and other people metrics.
  • Support performance review cycles by coordinating timelines, communications, and data management in Lattice.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of HR administration or HR operations experience, supporting a mix of hybrid and remote teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR required; Lattice experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements and employment regulations across multiple jurisdictions (including Australia and the USA).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with focus on data accuracy and process adherence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data management.
  • Experience supporting fast-growing companies through scaling phases preferred.
  • Very high proficiency in English.

Work Schedule

  • 9pm-6am Manila Time
  • Hybrid set-up (Makati)
