We are looking for a Payroll Data Analyst to join our North America Payroll team — someone with the vision, experience, and passion to make a real impact. The ideal candidate brings an analytical mindset, a commitment to accuracy, and the drive to deliver meaningful insights for both our management teams and our clients.

As a Payroll Data Analyst, You Will…

• Audit HRIS, Payroll, and Time & Attendance System entries.
• Prepare and audit hours sent to temp agencies.
• Create and import bulk payroll entries.
• Prepare Bonus and Incentive entries.
• Create and deliver payroll financial management reports.
• Perform monthly benefit reconciliations (Oversee bi-weekly benefit repayments).
• Prepare Ad hoc reports as requested.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency with automation.
  
  

• 1-2 years of experience in a finance role.
• Previous HR or Payroll experience could be an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving experience with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal, and written.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Above-average report writing experience.
• Quick learner, has an eager personality.
