Position Title: Payroll Analyst
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite
Role Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Analyst to join our team in Manila. The ideal candidate will work as part of a team and be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently throughout the APAC region. The Payroll Analyst will also be responsible for responding to employee enquiries regarding payroll matters and assisting with payroll related projects as needed.
Summary
- Receive and verify all payroll data provided
- Process semi-monthly payrolls for Philippines for approximately 300 employees
- Process monthly payroll for Australia and Singapore (approx. 60 employees)
- Reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance in accordance with the company procedures and relevant legislation
- Processing new starters and leavers in line with local legislation
- Knowledge and proficiency in processing year-end payroll activities, including ITR consolidation and Alphalist preparation and submission, to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of statutory requirements
- Working to very strict deadlines
- Respond to enquiries from employees, accurately and professionally
- Work closely with third party international payroll & benefit providers
- Work closely with People Services & Finance teams
- Provide support for payroll operational activities
- Provide payroll process expertise as a project team member on departmental and cross-functional initiatives
- Solve a variety of complex problems, conduct research, gather, and compile information for reports and analyse results
- Participate in developing and testing new and/or existing payroll processes and procedures when system and business requirements change
- Participate in various payroll audits as required by internal and external audit teams

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
What we are looking for in you
- Knowledge of Philippine payroll legislation & payroll processes
- Experience of managing payroll in Australia and Singapore would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Workday would be an advantage
- Experience of working with CloudPay or other Third party payroll vendors
- Excellent organisation skills and able to prioritise workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a broader team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
