Payroll Administrator
Join Hudson Talent Solutions as a Payroll Administrator and be part of an awesome team spearhead processing employee payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. This role manages payroll records, deductions, benefits, and payroll-related inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

What you’ll do:
 


Payroll Administration

  • Maintain and update employee payroll records in the HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for management, finance, and external auditors.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding employee status changes, promotions, salary adjustments, and terminations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, benefits, and payslips. Liaise with payroll providers, internal finance/payroll contacts and the Business Support Manager to resolve payroll queries

Timesheet
  • Manage the end-to-end timesheet process
  • Payroll approval
  • Manage discrepancies

Contracts
  • Manage and prepare contractor documentation
  • Onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate contractor records across
 
 

You’ll be someone who can bring:


  • Proven experience in payroll and time sheet administration, payroll processing, or a similar role.
  • Experience using payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting and contract management
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills and stakeholder management
