What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of processing weekly timesheets in FastTrack, ensuring accuracy and a smooth payday experience for all workers.
  • Keep candidate and payee records up to date in FastTrack 360 and Bullhorn, helping everyone stay informed and supported.
  • Be the go ‑ to person for payroll questions, providing clear answers and assisting with Super, Child Support, and Long Service needs.
  • Prepare and send invoices on time, making sure clients receive a professional and reliable service.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their invoicing requirements and resolve queries promptly.
  • Partner with the Accounts team to help resolve payment issues and keep cashflow running smoothly.
  • Produce helpful ad hoc reports that support decision ‑ making and day ‑ to ‑ day operations.
  • Use SharePoint confidently to manage information, documents, and workflows.
  • Support the Payroll Manager with a variety of tasks, giving you exposure to broader payroll and administrative functions.


Key Criteria

  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration function.
  • Previous experience using FastTrack 360 or Bullhorn, or similar software would be a great advantage.
  • Experience in the construction industry is desirable, but not essential.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast ‑ paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with payroll data, systems, and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and candidates.
  • Demonstrates integrity and builds positive, trusting relationships across all levels.
  • Proactive and solution ‑ focused, with strong decision ‑ making and problem ‑ solving abilities.


Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00AM – 3:00PM PHT) onsite daily for the first 3 to 6 months. To transition to a hybrid set up of 2 days onsite and 3 days from home upon successful probation.
