Role Overview

This is not a “pixel-pushing” frontend role.

You will help build and own:

Our company website (NextJS + Payload CMS)

Internal digital tools that empower consultants with embedded Gen AI chat and voice and video

Scalable content systems for global growth, including client digital sites

AI-integrated workflows

You will work closely with leadership, consultants, product, design, and AI teams to turn ideas into production-ready systems.

This is a hands-on builder role with real ownership.

What You’ll Build

Develop scalable web applications using React + NextJS (TypeScript)

Implement and customise Payload CMS

Architect clean content models and CMS workflows

Integrate with Node.js / Python backends and REST APIs

Deploy and manage on modern cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred)

Ensure performance, SEO optimisation, and accessibility compliance

Write clean, testable code (Jest / Playwright)

Improve site workflows and deployment pipelines

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

2–4 years experience with React + NextJS

Hands-on experience with a modern CMS (Payload preferred, headless CMS)

Strong TypeScript fundamentals

Experience building production-ready websites (not just internal tools)

Understanding of SEO, performance optimisation, and SSR

Portfolio or GitHub with real projects

Nice to Have

Experience with Payload CMS specifically

Experience working in consulting or fast-scaling environments

Familiarity with AI integrations

GitHub to Azure/AWS CI/CD deployment experience
