Your Role

As a Manager, Paralegal & Compliance, you will oversee the preparation, administration, and governance of commercial agreements while supporting the organization’s regulatory compliance initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring contracts, licensing, and compliance processes align with legal standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare legal and commercial documents including:
• Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
• Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Vendor Agreements
• Conduct comparative analysis of client contracts against approved company templates and legal standards using AI-enabled tools.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, negotiation coordination, execution, tracking, and reporting through platforms such as DocuSign IAM.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams and clients to facilitate timely execution of commercial agreements.
• Support the maintenance and renewal of global licenses and insurance policies, including coverage updates and compliance tracking.
• Ensure proper governance of commercial agreements through repository management, access controls, audit preparation, and documentation support.
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Paralegal certification or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience using legal documentation and workflow management tools such as DocuSign IAM
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and compare legal agreements against approved company language
• Ability to interpret legal terminology and translate it into practical business applications
  
  

Preferred Skills/Expertise

• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot for contract and agreement analysis
• Strong legal research and professional writing skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience supporting compliance, audit, and contract governance activities
