About Alphamax Digital Services

What This Role Is
You own client acquisition at Alphamax. You are responsible for building pipeline, running outbound campaigns, handling replies, qualifying prospects, and booking calls. This is an execution role. You are in the trenches every day driving results.
Your Responsibilities
Build and maintain targeted lead lists with the right businesses and decision-makers
Launch and manage outbound campaigns across cold email and LinkedIn
Write, test, and optimize sequences based on performance data
Manage replies, handle objections, qualify leads, and book calls
Track and report weekly on booked calls, held calls, and pipeline generated
Performance Expectations
Source thousands of quality leads per week
Send at least 15,000 emails per month across active campaigns
Write personalized manual emails daily for each offer
Maintain consistent LinkedIn follow-ups alongside email campaigns
Volume without quality is not acceptable. Every lead must be the right business, the right decision-maker, and the right fit.
Non-Negotiable Standards
You must protect deliverability at all times
You must follow compliance rules across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia
You must ensure proper sender identification and unsubscribe handling
No shortcuts that damage domain reputation
If you do not understand sender rotation, warm-up sequences, or inbox placement rates, do not apply
Who This Is For
3 to 5 years of outbound B2B sales or lead generation experience
Experience working with or selling to agencies or B2B service businesses
Proven results including booked calls, held calls, and closed deals
Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, and eCommerce
Confidence handling high-ticket offers and speaking with decision-makers
Fluent professional English, written and spoken
Hands-on experience with Instantly.ai, LinkedIn outreach, and a CRM, GoHighLevel preferred
Who This Is Not For
Early in your sales career and still learning outbound fundamentals
Have never owned a campaign from list to close
Need step-by-step instructions to operate
Focus on activity instead of results
Have the title but not the numbers to back it up
Compensation
Base salary of 250 dollars per month during the 90-day probation period
Uncapped commission paid per closed deal
Candidates who demonstrate strong results within the first 30 days may qualify for early commission adjustments before the 90-day review. After probation, compensation scales based on performance.
