About the job Organizational Development Officer [Talent Management]
The Officer for Talent Management provides administrative, analytical, and coordination support in implementing enterprise-wide talent management programs and processes, including performance management, talent review and calibration, and succession planning. The role ensures data integrity, timely documentation, and smooth execution of talent management activities in alignment with corporate governance standards. Working closely with the OD Manager, HR Business Partners, and divisional HR teams, the Officer contributes to building a robust and data-driven talent ecosystem across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Review and Succession Planning Support
Ensure accurate and timely administration of the talent review and succession planning processes.
Consolidate talent review inputs, readiness ratings, and succession data from departments and HRBPs.
Maintain and update the talent and succession planning database and dashboards.
Prepare reports, charts, and matrices for talent calibration and management review discussions.
Track development actions and follow-through items from talent review outcomes.
Ensure confidentiality and proper version control of all talent data and documentation.
Performance Management
Support the implementation of the companys performance management framework and processes.
Coordinate the goal-setting, midyear, and year-end performance review cycles in collaboration with HRBPs.
Validate completion rates and follow-up on pending submissions within the agreed timeline.
Assist in monitoring performance distribution and preparing calibration data summaries.
Support the rollout of communication materials, tools, and training related to performance management.
Consolidate feedback from users and generate reports on compliance and process efficiency.
Talent Data Analytics and Reporting
Provide analytics and reporting support to enable data-driven talent decisions.
Maintain up-to-date employee performance, potential, and readiness records in HR databases.
Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports on talent movement, performance trends, and succession health indicators.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data in all talent management reports.
Coordinate with HRIS and HR Analytics teams for data extraction and validation.
Prepare visual dashboards and presentations summarizing talent management insights for management meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 23 years of experience in HR, Organizational Development, or data-driven HR operations.
Experience in performance management or talent analytics preferred.
