What You’ll Do

  • Run and maintain reports in MS Excel
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data points within MR8
  • Communicate with clients via email and support resolution of issues
  • Escalate follow-ups as deadlines approach in accordance with standard procedures
  • Document all communications, order status, and tracking details in the system
  • Prioritize and route work orders to the appropriate departments based on due dates
  • Track and report daily productivity to the supervisor
  • Support operational needs, including phone coverage and workflow coordination


Key Criteria

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience as a Records Retrieval in medical, legal, or insurance settings
  • Ability to handle high-volume, multi-line calls with excellent phone etiquette
  • Advanced written and verbal English, with strong reading, analysis, and editing skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to change


Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Standard hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM (9:00PM – 6:00AM PHT) with a full onsite model.
