What You’ll Do
Oversee day‑to‑day operations by coordinating, planning, and directing workflow to ensure timely, efficient, and high‑quality completion of work.
Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes, procedures, and training programs for internal and external resources.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase overall efficiency and meet financial goals.
Partner with upper management to support development of new products/services and communicate key updates across departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations governing business operations.
Manage staffing needs, performance evaluations, corrective actions, and overall employee morale and productivity.
Key Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, listen effectively, and seek clarification when needed.
Proficiency in multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet applications.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, apply solutions, and take independent, well‑judged action when required.
Highly organized, able to prioritize, manage time efficiently, and work independently under pressure or frequent distractions.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, promote teamwork, and adapt effectively to change, unexpected events, or delays.
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time (9:00PM – 6:00AM PHT) with a full onsite model.
