Key Responsibilities

• Architect the integrated operational framework that links pharmacy, telehealth, and clinics to ensure unified service delivery.
• Direct the company’s business continuity and disaster recovery strategies to ensure 24/7 healthcare access for patients.
• Lead the design and implementation of Lean/Six Sigma initiatives at an enterprise level to maximize cost-efficiency and clinical safety.
• Govern high-value vendor ecosystems and strategic outsourcing partnerships to support rapid geographic expansion.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
• 6-12 years of experience in complex operations management, with a background in scaling multi-unit operations.
• Expertise in process engineering and enterprise risk management.
• Exceptional leadership and high-stakes problem-solving capabilities.
• Must work onsite in Makati City.
