OPEN BANKING BUSINESS OFFICER

Job Summary

The Open Banking Business Officer is responsible for developing and managing Open Banking solutions, features, and use cases that address customer and business needs. The role drives the growth of Open Banking initiatives by managing the product lifecycle, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering partnerships across the Open Banking ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Open Banking solutions, features, and use cases that deliver value to customers and support business objectives
• Manage the Open Banking portfolio lifecycle, including product planning, performance monitoring, utilization tracking, and ongoing enhancement initiatives
• Identify new revenue opportunities and business cases through market research, customer insights, and emerging Open Banking trends
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, fintech partners, third-party providers, regulators, and industry bodies to support the development and rollout of Open Banking capabilities
• Prepare business cases and business requirements documents, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide subject matter expertise on Open Banking initiatives
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Development, Marketing, or related functions
• Strong understanding of product financials, product development lifecycle, banking products, payment gateways, and digital banking platforms
• Experience in preparing business cases, business requirements documents, user stories, and digital or fintech product development initiatives
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and collaboration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
