Compensation

Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Schedule

• 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM PHT weekends
• 4:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT weekdays
• 5 days per week

We're Looking For Teachers Who Are

• Experienced teaching children
• Fun, warm, engaging, and patient
• Confident leading young learners in an online classroom
• Strong in phonics, early reading, and foundational math instruction
• Energetic and dependable for early morning classes
• Available from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM PHT, 5 days per week
• Education degree holders preferred
• Willing to submit academic credentials, complete a background check, and fulfill safeguarding requirements
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly in Education or related fields
• Experience teaching young learners, kindergarten, or early elementary students
• Strong English communication skills
• Reliable work-from-home teaching environment
• Willingness to complete onboarding and safeguarding requirements
  
  

Required Teaching Setup

• CPU: Intel i5 10th Gen+, AMD Ryzen 5 3000+, or Apple M1 2020+
• RAM: 8GB minimum (16GB recommended)
• Storage: 30GB free space minimum
• OS: Windows 10+ or macOS 10.10+
• Internet: Wired LAN at 25 Mbps minimum with a backup of at least 15 Mbps
• Webcam: External 1080p HD
• Headset: USB noise-cancelling
• Workspace: Bright, child-friendly, with minimal background distractions
• Power backup: Minimum 4 hours
