IntouchCX, one of the world’s leading outsourcing companies, is seeking an Offshore Recruiter to find the best candidates for our partners. This position also plays an instrumental role in providing the best experience for new hires by helping with the onboarding process and making sure orientation runs smoothly.

As Offshore Recruiter, You Will…

• Partner with Recruiting Managers to determine staffing needs
• Interact with applicants and respond to initial inquiries
• Process and track applicant job submissions
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess fit for the position
• Conduct and request tests needed for hiring
• Build relationships with internal employees
• Ensure orientation and onboarding process runs smoothly
• Use job portals to research potential candidates
• Overcome hesitations to persuade highly desirable candidates to consider the job
• Update all recruitment related trackers
  
  

• A Bachelors/College Degree in any field
• At least six months BPO experience in inbound customer service
• Combination of work experience and education are also acceptable
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• A love for interacting with diverse groups of people
• Extreme organization skills and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Strong computer skills and ability to do intermediate mathematical functions
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Responsible, disciplined, and highly organized working traits
• Ability to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong internet connection (20mpbs download)
• Willingness to work onsite if necessary (Internet issues, Power Outage, etc.)
• A dedicated distraction-free workspace at home
• Willingness to work a graveyard shift
• Willingness to work in Cubao
• Ability to start ASAP
