We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a NetSuite Manager to join the team in our Manila office.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

We are establishing a global presence with our CohnReznick Manila office and need to establish our NetSuite team lead. This role is intended to grow as we nurture our Philippines practice, and work with other CohnReznick professionals to grow our global brand and capabilities.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- You will be a solution architect, a subject matter expert, designing, configuring and testing the NetSuite solution
- Conduct the various phases of implementation methodology as appropriate (SDLC, waterfall, agile, hybrid)
- Participate in pre-sales and business development activities
- Draft proposals and statements of work
- Provide thought leadership and participate in strategy formulation
- Contribute to building and managing vendors or other 3rd party partnerships
- Expert planning, implementation, project controlling, leadership and client support
- Organize and run steering committee meetings to provide management oversight and guidance to the project team
- Conduct resource requirements analysis and scheduling, including estimated project work effort for both client and consulting resources
- Direct and guide business, technical and 3rd party solution provider resources
- Lead internal and external project teams on one or multiple projects concurrently
- Monitor project activities ensuring the quality and integrity of the information
- Coordinate the issue escalation process for making business and monetary decisions, as well as identifying and mitigating risks
- Account and client relationship management
- Advise on areas of scope, phase management, and technical architecture
- Conduct post-project review and document lessons learned
- Communicate project updates including status, risks, issues, and escalations
- 70:30% split of role between Delivery : Business & Practice Development
Your Experience.
The successful candidate will have:
- NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant
- Minimum of Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Computer Science or related discipline
- Extensive implementation and product experience with Oracle NetSuite in a consulting role, minimum of 5 years; additional experience with other ERP systems with a combined total of 10 years of experience
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with consultants and clients and make impactful project presentations
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-sufficient and self-starting
- Ability to mentor, guide and motivate teams to be high performers
- Functional expertise in one or more process domains: finance/accounting, projects, distribution/supply chain (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay), manufacturing; demonstrated leadership role in one or more of these domains
- Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, technology, or service industries
- Expert in the use of multiple PMO tools and templates (i.e., Microsoft Project, Visio, Asana, JIRA, SmartSheets)
- PMP or another similar project management certification
