We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a NetSuite Functional Senior Associate to join the team in our Manila office.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

We are establishing a global presence with our CohnReznick Manila office and need to establish our NetSuite team lead. This role is intended to grow as we nurture our Philippines practice, and work with other CohnReznick professionals to grow our global brand and capabilities.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

• Deploy NetSuite ERP solutions for clients across multiple industry verticals
• Work in Managed Service environments supporting multiple clients with desired system optimizations
• Lead discovery workshops with clients, gathering requirements, documenting business process flows and design
• Perform system configuration, testing and training
• Work effectively as part of a team, driving towards a collective goal, filling the void, lending a hand; not afraid to speak up and provide guidance and direction when needed; ready and capable of providing mentorship where needed
• You will be a problem solver, always curious, searching for a solution, being creative and fine tuning the solution
• Provide business process and product expertise to client and implementation teams; build breadth and depth of knowledge across functional business processes and product modules
• Must be willing to work commensurate to CohnReznick client time zone – typically between EST, CST, MST, or PST
  
  

Your Experience.

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• Functional expertise in one or more process domains: finance/accounting, distribution/supply chain (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay), manufacturing
• Expert in the use of various project tools and templates (Visio, PPT, Word, Excel, JIRA, etc.)
• ERP implementation experience or professional services experience required
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with consultants and clients and make impactful project presentations.
• Team player, has worked in small and large teams
• Self-starter, driven, resourceful, and problem solver
• Driven by customer satisfaction, success and quality of work
• This position requires attention to detail, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and meticulous documentation both inside of delivered code but also in edits and updates to technical specifications provided by the functional team.
• The applicant must be able and willing to work in software provided by Cohn Reznick, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, GitHub, Jira, and NetSuite’s Support module.
• Certified NetSuite Consultant is recommended but not required.
