We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a NetSuite Developer to join the team in our Manila office.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

We are establishing a global presence with our CohnReznick Manila office and need to establish our NetSuite team lead. This role is intended to grow as we nurture our Philippines practice, and work with other CohnReznick professionals to grow our global brand and capabilities.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

• The Software Developer will use their creativity to design technical solutions responding to business requirements that cannot be met with native NetSuite modules and their configuration options, and act as a key contributor on major enhancements and projects. The NetSuite Developer is responsible for developing, testing, and deploying new NetSuite features, custom objects, and SuiteScript customizations. The NetSuite Developer will also effectively and promptly resolve application and script issues to minimize down-time to business processes.
• Collaborate with the rest of the Cohn Reznick and client organizations to ensure proposed solutions align with business strategy, security standards, and technical environment as well as ensuring data integrity, modeling, and adherence to governance standards while deploying new features and functionalities. The NetSuite Developer should also be able to identify when a custom solution is required, when a native NetSuite module is available to turn on or consider for purchase, or if a native module only needs small amounts of customization instead of creating a novel solution.
• Comply with and help enforce standard procedures for Development documentation, version control, programming, and migration best practices.
• Develop new SuiteScript files in a managed Git repository so that file versioning can be traced to a last known working version.
• Receive functional requirements from a consultant and translate those requirements into technical design recommendations
• This position requires attention to detail, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and meticulous documentation both inside of delivered code but also in edits and updates to technical specifications provided by the functional team.
• The applicant must be able and willing to work in software provided by Cohn Reznick, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, GitHub, Jira, and NetSuite’s Support module.
• Certified NetSuite Consultant is recommended but not required.
• Proven working knowledge of inventory management, order management, and manufacturing is highly desired.
• Working knowledge of integration platforms like Celigo or Boomi is a plus.
  
  

Your Experience.

The successful candidate will have:

• Ability to work across and provide deliverables for multiple engagements
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methods including use of Git repositories
• HTML, JSON, XML and Freemarker experience
• Experience with SDF
• Ability to work in both a professional service delivery model and a support model
• SuiteCloud Developer Certification
• 3-4 years of NetSuite application and web service development experience
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, including but not limited to NetSuite’s REST Web Services
