Your Role

As a Music Content Creator & Short Form Video Editor you will:

• Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Create Long Form video content for Youtube
• Produce 15-20 short-form videos per song release, optimized for social platforms
• Design and edit visualizers and lyric videos synced to music and vocals
• Develop creative Instagram carousels (lyrics, storytelling, announcements, BTS, concepts)
• Adapt editing styles to different artists, genres, moods, and brand guidelines
• Stay current with social media trends, formats, and platform best practices
• Collaborate with artists and internal teams to execute creative concepts
• Manage multiple releases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Create visual content for both artist releases and label-owned social media channels
• Develop label brand assets (templates, promo graphics, announcements, campaign visuals, storytelling content)
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Proven experience working with music or artists (labels, musicians, producers, or creative teams)
• Strong expertise in short-form content editing and platform-native storytelling
• Ability to quickly adapt styles (UGC/trends, cinematic, lyric-driven, clean/luxury, edgy, pop, meme-style)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent tools)
• Strong motion typography, pacing, and attention to detail
• Highly creative, organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience with music marketing assets (Spotify Canvas, looping visuals, release rollouts)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Midjourney, etc.)
