What does a Motion Designer do at WPP Production?

We are looking for a talented Motion Designer with strong 3D animation skills to join our creative team. You will leading end-to-end creative processes to craft compelling and eye-catching animated outputs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end motion design process, from ideation and concepting to final execution and delivery
• Create high-quality 3D animations, including modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and rendering
• Translate creative briefs and client feedback into clear motion concepts and animation solutions
• Partner directly with clients, presenting ideas, explaining creative decisions, and managing revisions
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, producers, and project managers to deliver cohesive creative output
• Produce motion assets for various formats, including digital ads, social media, brand films, product launches, and presentations
• Maintain high visual and technical standards while meeting project timelines
• Stay up to date with motion design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong emphasis on 3D animation and environment-based animations
• High proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, After Effects, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, composition, and visual storytelling
• Experience working on projects from concept through final delivery
• Comfortable in client-facing environments, including presenting work and incorporating feedback professionally
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D motion design work
