MORTGAGE SUPPORT ASSOCIATE MAKATI

Mortgage Support Associate (Marketing) is primarily responsible in mortgage annotation and regularization of documentary deficiencies and other loan-related post booking functions which controls and minimizes bank’s risk and exposure.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Sales Account Officers of Housing Loan Division in post booking functions.
• Mitigates the risk of the bank through regularization of Housing Loan documentary deficiencies.
• Maintains and updates homegrown documentary deficiencies database.
• Sends copy of housing loan documents to clients.
• Handles post booking inquiries related to documentary requirements and title delivery status.
  
  

• Basic computer applications (word processing / spreadsheets / etc.),
• Proficiency in computer application (MS Office)
• Good communication skills (Oral/Written)
• Documentation skills
• Logical Reasoning
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
