What You’ll Do

  • Manage CRM entries and task lists to track loan applications and maintain accurate client records.
  • Prepare complete loan documentation for lender submission and assist brokers with file preparation.
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and real estate agents to ensure smooth processing and timely settlements.
  • Raise RFIs, monitor settlement timelines, and coordinate actions to meet deadlines.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and participate in training and mentorship guided by the Mortgage Loan Officer.


Key Criteria

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, or broker support.
  • Familiarity with Mercury CRM and ApplyOnline is a strong advantage; prior exposure to the Australian mortgage industry is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, with a proactive mindset for process improvement.
  • Clear and professional communication skills; comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of work.


Work Setup

Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00am–3:00pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
  • Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8:00am – 5:00pm) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after probation.
