I am Irada, Head of Design at Hey Digital, and I am super excited to let you know that were looking for a Mid-Weight Designer to join our team! 


Hey Digital is a B2B SaaS Performance Marketing Agency that has partnered with some of the hottest companies in the industry like PostHog, Hotjar, Toggl and Pitch (to name a few). We also run Hey Design, our new subscription-based design service, delivering world-class designs to companies like Instantly, Kilo Code and Aikido.


We have an incredible, fully remote team (20 countries and counting!) of Performance Marketers, Designers, Project Managers, Account Managers, and hopefully... you? πŸ˜‰


This role is perfect for you if:

βœ… You have experience working in advertising or paid content, and you’re excited to design with the goal of driving conversions.

βœ… Youre looking for a full-time, remote position with a salary range of €2,500 - €3,500 per month. Negotiable based on experience.

βœ… You have experience working in an agency / worked with multiple clients simultaneously, and you can execute briefs from ideation to export.

βœ… Youre comfortable with a continuous independent contractor agreement (not an employment contract or EOR).

βœ… You love the idea of working with people from all over the world.

About the role

🦸 Responsibilities:

  • Execute design briefs from ideation to export (static ads, carousel ads, Google Display ads) for a range of platforms (social, display advertising, websites, etc.) that are aligned with the clients branding, with the goal of driving conversions for various client accounts using Figma.
  • Ideate and design short storyboards for GIFs and short video ads using Figma.
  • Design and build landing pages using Unbounce.
  • Create and maintain client-specific brand files.
  • Provide input in the companys internal projects and marketing projects.
  • General design admin work such as exporting assets, organising files in Google Drive and Figma, and keeping ClickUp up to date.
  • Support junior design team members within the team.

  • Experience working in advertising or paid content.
  • Experience working in an agency / with multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Strong skills in storyboarding design.
  • Highly knowledgeable in design principles and visual storytelling.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and branding principles.
  • Basic knowledge of web design.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to utilise this skill to maintain high design quality.
  • Effective communicator and a team player.
  • Research-oriented mindset, as were working with many different SaaS applications and this requires understanding product features, the offer, and the target audience.
  • Excellent English communication skills, as you will be working with people from around the globe.
  • Reliable WiFi connection, as all work will be carried out remotely.

  • Experience with ClickUp & Slack.
  • B2B SaaS related experience.
  • Comfort using AI tools to deliver faster, better results.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Working motion graphic skills.
  • Experience building basic websites with Webflow or Framer.

Our hiring process

Heres what you can expect from the hiring process 🏁

  2. 1st Interview β†’ If selected, well schedule 30min to discuss your background, the role and any questions you have about Hey Digital.
  3. Paid Skills Assessment β†’ If the interview goes well, well send you an assessment to evaluate your practical abilities and ingenuity. Once submitted, we will reimburse you for your time!
  4. 2nd Interview β†’ Lastly, youll meet with me or another senior member of the team! Well dig into some technicalities and learn more about one another.
