What You’ll Do
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Buying and Planning teams, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks across the product lifecycle.
Manage store email queries and maintain seasonal buy files, ensuring product and pricing data is accurate and up to date across systems.
Upload and manage product, pricing, and drop information to support weekly and monthly trade activity.
Prepare and support weekly trade and production reporting, including documentation for trade meetings.
Assist with planning activities such as size curves, stock transfers, data investigation, and ad hoc reporting.
Coordinate with Retail, Marketing, Planning, eCommerce, warehouses, and couriers to support product launches, stock movements, registrations, imagery reviews, and delivery queries.
Provide general administrative support across seasonal workflows and ad hoc projects as required.
Key Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
At least 1–3 years’ experience in a similar buying or merchandise admin role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage data entry, reporting, and multiple priorities independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to create Pivot charts and use Lookup functions.
Confident English communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a proactive, can-do approach and resilience under pressure.
Genuine passion for fashion and retail, with industry experience strongly preferred.
Exposure to tools such as Style Arcade, Canva, or ERP systems (e.g. AP21) is advantageous.
Work Setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a full onsite set up.
