• Review medical records for veterans, with a focus on IMO support
• Manage approximately 20,000 medical examinations monthly
• Conduct timely and accurate IMO research
• Complete IMO Support Tracker daily to meet weekly IMO requirements, as feasible
• Communicate regularly with the SOM on workload and task feedback
• Follow weekly provider IMO allocations as assigned by your manager
• Support the training and development of new IMO Specialists
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the SOM or management
  
  
  

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare concepts
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Outlook, Excel) and multiple software applications
• 1-2 years of medical review experience
• Strong documentation skills with 40+ WPM typing speed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
