Medical Supply Chain Manager

Overall Purpose Of The Job

• To ensure the growth of the Medical Supply Services business through quality service delivery
• To identify and manage suitable vendor/s to work with including but not limited to contracting with the vendor/s, manage the quality of services and carry out the appropriate credentialing & audits on vendors
• To manage the timely and accurate delivery of Medical Supplies to clients in their locations across the Philippines
• To manage the accurate and timely payment to suppliers and invoicing to customers.
• To ensure compliance to the Business Rules and all Processes & Procedures of the company.
• To arrange and support the Medical Equipment Calibration and Rental services for the Philippines
• To take ownership of the Medical Supply Services strategy including regulatory compliance and subsequent implementation in the Philippines
  
  

• To manage the timely and accurate delivery of Medical Supplies services to clients in their location/s (from the receipt of a Quotation Request, Procurement, Oversee delivery, up to Invoicing)
• Ensure that all items ordered conform to the Group or Regional Standard List or per client’s requirement. Any purchase outside the Group or Country Standard List is to be escalated to MedSupply Services Manager, Asia & SEA, for review.
• To comply to GAPP, Group Standards on Process and Procedures, Business Rules for Medical Supply Arrangement Services and new procedures implemented from time to time in delivering the Medical Supply Arrangement Services
  
  

• To source and identify suitable supplier/s providing best pricing for our clients
• To contract with suitable supplier/s and manage the quality of services.
• To carry out the appropriate credentialing / audits on supplier/s annually
• To ensure prompt provider payment to supplier/s upon fulfillment of the order per agreement terms
• To maintain accurate tracking processes for all orders and monitoring of vendor/s service quality (Turnaround time, Accuracy of orders. Product quality etc.)
• To build and maintain a positive working relationship with the suppliers
  
  

• To organize and oversee the management of Medical Equipment Calibration and/or Rental Services
  
  

• To provide accurate and timely monthly report on Medical Supply Arrangement Services activity of the location
• To manage the services provided by the Global Shared Services to ensure accurate capture of cost and timely invoicing to client upon completion of delivery.
• Review how to improve supply chain processes to increase efficiencies.
  
  

• Participate in the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy workplace.
• Undertake all mandatory OH&S training as required.
• Comply with any reasonable instructions, policies, procedures or safe work practices given by Intl.SOS in adhering to safe work procedures.
• Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
• Take reasonable care to ensure their own health and safety and the safety of others.
• To report any injury, hazard or illness as soon as possible to their supervisor.
