What You’ll Do
Oversee daily document management operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of patient records
Lead, coach, and support a team to meet performance, quality, and turnaround time targets
Ensure accurate uploading and maintenance of records across portals and databases
Monitor workflows, prioritize tasks, follow up on missing or outstanding documentation, and resolve escalations as needed
Maintain compliance with data security standards and ensure accuracy in all record processing
Support training, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and processes
Key Criteria
At least 2 years of experience leading a healthcare/insurance document management team with hands-on experience in medical records processing or related field
Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards
Proven ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern time hours of 8:30AM to 5:30PM (8:30PM – 5:30AM PHT) with a full onsite model.
