Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, with a strong focus on social media management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
• Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Email Marketing:
• Create and send targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Analyze email performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
• Content Creation:
• Develop high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, and infographics.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve website visibility.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  
  

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7am- 4pm PHT

Must Have atleast 20mbps internet connection
