Job Description
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Product Marketing Supervisor is responsible for leading the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies and programs for Gamefowl Feeds and Animal Health products. The role combines strategic planning, brand stewardship, field execution, digital integration, and performance analysis to strengthen brand leadership, drive commercial results, and build a strong gamefowl marketing mindset across the organization.
The incumbent will work closely with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Digital Marketing to ensure cohesive execution from product development to in-market activation.
Strategy and Program Development:
Develop and recommend comprehensive product marketing plans, integrating offline and online strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
Translate strategic direction into clear objectives, programs, timelines, and budgets.
Lead the planning and execution of national and regional marketing campaigns, including product launches, packaging initiatives, and point-of-sale materials (POSM).
Regularly review category and brand performance, and recommend corrective and growth initiatives based on market and sales data
Promotional and Ground Activation
Conceptualize and execute on-ground promotional activities to strengthen brand presence and engagement within the gamefowl community.
Ensure excellence in in-store and dealer execution, including proper product display, POSM deployment, and merchandising standards.
Plan and manage internal and external activities such as farm visits, product demos, trade shows, and exhibitions to drive awareness and trial
Digital and Channel Optimization:
Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team to optimize brand presence and performance across key digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and owned websites.
Ensure digital initiatives are aligned with on-ground programs and overall brand strategy.
Content Development and Brand Execution:
Develop, write, and proofread creative content for brochures, sales tools, POSM, and other marketing collaterals.
Prepare clear and actionable campaign and execution briefs for internal teams and agency partners.
Ensure consistent and effective brand communication across all touchpoints and media channels
Analysis, Insights, and Performance Tracking:
Monitor the competitive landscape to identify market opportunities, threats, and emerging trends in the gamefowl feeds category.
Conduct post-campaign and post-promotion evaluations to assess effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
Analyze sales performance, market share, distribution, and brand health indicators to generate actionable insights.
Support or conduct consumer and customer research to guide positioning, messaging, and growth strategies
Resource Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Manage assigned product category budgets and marketing resources efficiently.
Ensure strong cross-functional coordination with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Digital teams in operationalizing marketing plans.
Support broader marketing initiatives, process improvements, and capability-building projects as assigned.
Other Responsibilities:
Actively participate in company programs related to quality improvement, safety and security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and risk management.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience And Competencies
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in product or brand marketing, preferably within animal nutrition, gamefowl feeds, agribusiness, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including on-ground activations and digital initiatives.
Strong analytical and insighting capabilities, with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to drive sound marketing decisions.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting timelines and budget requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
Highly creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving and execution skills.
Industry Knowledge
Strong understanding of the gamefowl industry, including breeder behavior, feeding programs, competitive brands, and channel dynamics
