Our partner is a leading national distributor of Sungrow inverters, solar batteries, and energy solutions in Australia. They partner with installers and businesses across the country to deliver reliable, high-performance solar systems. As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist to strengthen the brand presence, support sales initiatives, and drive digital engagement to join their offshore support team at Manila, Philippines and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

ASW Global operates on a Hybrid model. During the probation period, you will be required to work full-time onsite. After this period, the role will transition to a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with a regular shift schedule of 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila / Kuala Lumpur time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with solar installers and channel partners across Australia.
  • Promote and sell the company’s solar product portfolio - inverters, batteries, and solar accessories.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support partners in achieving sales growth targets.
  • Provide product training, demonstrations, and ongoing technical support to partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and technical) to ensure an excellent customer experience.


Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar sales, renewable energy distribution, or related B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in managing installer or channel relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A good understanding of solar products, inverter technologies, or electrical systems is preferred.
  • Motivated self-starter with a passion for sustainability and clean energy innovation.
